SADD - Please join SADD in celebrating Sleep Awareness Week. Sleep Awareness week highlights the importance of good sleep health for individuals to best achieve their personal, family, and professional goals. If you do not have enough sleep, it can lead to many things related to our brain function. For example, our memory becomes poorer, we don’t have a long attention span, and our mood can change. Sleep is the best thing you can do for your well-being.
Please join us in celebrating World Sleep Day on Friday, March 13th by wearing pajama pants to school! World sleep day is intended to be a celebration of sleep and a call to action on important issues related to sleep, including medicine, education, social aspects and driving.
