Oak Lawn Library Offers Amnesty For Overdue Materials In January

Gather all your overdue materials and bring them to the Oak Lawn Library. All fines will be waived through Jan. 31.

OAK LAWN, IL -- If it has been awhile since you’ve been to the Oak Lawn Public Library because of overdue library materials, the library is offering amnesty throughout the month of January. All late fines will be waived, making it the right time to return those long-overdue items. This is a great opportunity to become reacquainted with the library’s collections and services and to be introduced to some new ones.

Library staff still want to hear from patrons who have pending fees because of lost or damaged items. For more information or questions about restoring your library privileges, please contact circulation coordinator Nathan Hare by phone at 708-422-4990, ext 616, or by email at nhare@olpl.org.
