Oak Lawn Snow Parking Rules In Effect This Weekend

OAK LAWN, IL -- The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning in effect through noon Saturday, Jan. 19, for the Oak Lawn area. Heavy snow accumulation of 5 to 9 inches and gusting winds up to 35 mph. Heavy snow accumulation of 5 to 9 inches and gusting winds up to 35 mph are in the forecast.

When more than one inch of snowfall, there is no parking on Oak Lawn’s designated snow routes. The village's off/even ordinance is also in effect. There will no parking on even numbered sides of the streets on even numbered days, and no parking on odd numbered sides of streets on odd numbered days. Restrictions remain in effect until removed is completed.
