OAK LAWN, IL — Sample bites, enjoy a few drinks and mingle with friends and neighbors at the Spartan Education Foundation Fall Fest, Saturday, Nov. 16. The party runs from 6:30 to 11 p.m. at Stony Creek Golf Course, 5850 W. 103rd St., Oak Lawn.

The foundation raises money for scholarships to deserving Oak Lawn Community High School students. Named scholarships include the Oak Lawn Raiders Memorial Scholarship Fund, Megan Hurckes Scholarship Foundation, Charles Yara Memorial Scholarship, Oak Lawn Park District Scholarship, the Spartan Education Faculty Fund, and the Spartan Education Scholarship Fund.

Musical entertainment will be provided by Steve Mast, the former lead guitarist and vocals for Scissors, the Waiting Game and the Plain White T’s. The night also includes a 2-hour open bar.

Gift baskets worth $100 each will be raffled off. Tickets are 6 for $5 and arms length for $20.

Advance tickets for Fall Fest are $50 and can be purchased online at the OLCHS Web Store, $65 at the door. Or order tickets through the QR code. This is a 21 and over event.
