OLCHS Class of 1972 Plans 50-Year Reunion In September
The Oak Lawn Community High School class of 1972 will be holding its 50-year reunion Sept. 10 at Johnson-Phelps VFW. Tickets on sale now.
OAK LAWN, IL — In 1972, Richard Nixon was president, “All In The Family” was number one in the ratings, Shaquille O’Neal and Cameron Diaz were born, “American Pie” filled the airwaves, “The Godfather” was a box office smash and gas cost 36-cents a gallon.
The class of 1972 will be marking 50 years since they walked the halls of Oak Lawn Community High School on Saturday, Sept. 10. The Spartans will gather from 6:30 to 11:30 p.m. at the Johnson-Phelps VFW Post, 9514 S. 52nd Ave., Oak Lawn.
