OLCHS Kate Dillon Leads Spartans Volleyball In Kills, Receptions

OAK LAWN, IL — Oak Lawn Community High School junior Kate Dillon seemingly does it all for the Spartans varsity volleyball team. She continues to shine in nearly every aspect of the game like spiking, receiving, and serving. But even more impressive is that she is doing it while still balancing a fall season on the girls golf team for Oak Lawn.

“Kate is one of our team captains as a junior this year,” said girls volleyball head coach Kathleen Miller. “She leads the team in kills and reception percentage while also contributing significantly on defense and at the service line. Kate is a presence on the court and brings a competitive intensity to our program each day. She is doing a fantastic job balancing schoolwork, volleyball and golf this fall.”
