One Killed In Car vs. Motorcycle Accident in Bridgeview

BRIDGEVIEW, IL -- The South Suburban Major Accident Reconstruction Team were on the scene of a fatal accident involving a car and a motorcycle late Friday evening. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead on the scene, according to a witness.

The accident happened around 10:27 p.m. at 87th Street and Olympic Drive in Bridgeview. Witnesses said it appeared as if the motorcycle t-boned a Volkswagen Beetle. The driver of the Volkswagen was treated at the scene.

The Bridgeview Emergency Management closed all lanes in both directions on 87th Street between Harlem Avenue and Olympic Drive.
