Park Lawn Needs Your Help NOW!

The COVID-19 pandemic is taking a huge toll on people with disabilities

During these extraordinary times, Park Lawn has suspended most programs & fundraising events for the safety of those we serve, our staff, and the community. We are continuing to offer residential services for the nearly 100 individuals with intellectual and development disabilities who reside in Park Lawn residences. At this time, our primary goal is to ensure that residents and residential staff live and work in as healthy an environment as possible, so all resources have been redirected toward this effort.

Park Lawn has adjusted residential staffing patterns and acquired extensive supplies to prepare for the upcoming weeks. Through this effort, we have identified a shortage of N95 masks for staff. If you have access to a supply of N95 masks, please consider donating some to Park Lawn.

Donations will be accepted from 9am to 2pm, Monday – Friday at the workshop (5040 W. 111th Street in Oak Lawn), in the lower dock. Please call (708) 425-6867 if you have any further questions.

The cost of acquiring additional supplies & supporting additional staff comes at a time when numerous fundraising events have been canceled. If you are able, please consider a donation to Park Lawn to assist us in supporting the residents of Park Lawn at this critical time.

Express your show of support by clicking the LINK button or if you prefer by sending your donation to Park Lawn, 10833 S. Laporte Avenue, Oak Lawn, IL 60453.
