Park Lawn Queen of Hearts Rolls Over, Jackpot Climbs To Over $200K

OAK LAWN, IL — The elusive Queen of Hearts failed to emerge in Park Lawn’s year-end drawing Wednesday evening, bringing the jackpot to another record-setting $200,435. The next pull is not until Jan. 10 at Crestwood’s At the Office Sports Bar & Grill.

After two dramatic board resets within the past month, Trish’s ticket was drawn, playing the 18 spot. Alas, her majesty did not come out of hiding, revealing the 10 of spades. Trish still goes home a winner, who was obviously playing from home, with 24 free tickets for the next raffle.

Fifty-one positions are left on the board. Park Lawn’s offices will be closed for the holidays, but you can still buy tickets for next month’s drawing while Park Lawn is on hiatus,

Tickets are on sale now for the Jan. 10, 2024 drawing: 6 for $5 (tickets can be purchased in $5 increments), 10 for $12, or 24 for $20. No single tickets will be sold. Players must be 18 or older. One ticket will be drawn every Wednesday.

You can buy tickets online or at Park Lawn’s Oak Lawn location, 10833 Laporte Ave. Online sales close at 2 p.m. the day of the drawing. In each online transaction, the purchaser will only be allowed to select a single number to represent the card in which they want to be revealed on the Queen of Hearts game board. That number, along with the buyer's name and phone number, will be written down by a Park Lawn representative on all the tickets purchased in that transaction and placed into that week's drawing. Tickets can also be purchased at At The Office Sports Bar and Grill, 4902 Cal Sag Road. Crestwood. Due to the anticipated volume of ticket sales, sales will close at 6:50 p.m. Wednesday.

Should the queen appear, the winner splits the pot 60-40 with Park Lawn if present; or 50-50 if not present. The person whose ticket is drawn but doesn’t find the queen gets 24 free tickets for the next week’s drawing.
