- Week 2: Forgiveness, Self-Compassion & Self-Talk Thursday, Jan. 5, at 7pm. Before you leap into the joy of celebrating your inherent awesomeness, it's absolutely essential to forgive the past, ease out of negative self-talk and nurture your inner cheerleader.
- Week 3: Loving All the Parts of You Thursday, Jan. 26, at 7pm. Loving yourself is not only about loving the good parts, but loving everything in between. We talk about how to do this with grace and creativity during this engaging conversation.
- Week 4: Practical + Creative Ways to Love Yourself Thursday, Feb. 2, at 7pm. Throughout the series, you've given yourself permission, learned self-forgiveness self-compassion, and accepted all the parts of YOU.
