Recycle Old Electronics Saturday At Oak Lawn Public Works
Drop off your old electronics at Oak Lawn Public Works Saturday, April 8 for the quarterly e-waste collection.

OAK LAWN, IL — If your basement, garage or attic are cluttered with old electronics, drop them at the qaurterlly e-waste collection Saturday, April 8. Items can be dropped off Oak Lawn Public Works, 5550 W. 98th St. (98th Street and Central Avenue) from 9 a.m. to noon.
This is a drive-thru event where volunteers will help unload items from your vehicle. There is a $35 charge per TV and monitor. Payment will be accepted on site with an electronic debit/credit card reader. The service is available to Oak Lawn residents only. Proof of residency is required.
Acceptable items
TVs, VCR/DVD players, computer monitors, printers, keyboards, inkjet/toner cartridges, laptops, video game consoles, internet/music devices, cameras, cell phones, telephone equipment, speakers/stereo systems, microwaves and holiday lights.

NO radioactive materials (smoke detectors), hazardous waste (oil, antifreeze, paint) non-electronics (tires, wood, insulation), corrosives (batteries) Fluorescent lights, air conditioners.
