OAK LAWN, IL—Less than a month after a Chicago firefighter died in the line of duty, Reilly’s Daughter is rallying to support the family of slain Chicago Police Officer John Bartholomew. The 38-year-old police officer was fatally shot last weekend while guarding an arrestee seeking medical treatment at Swedish Hospital.

In-person sales of the shirts start at 5 p.m. Friday, May 1, at Reilly’s Daughter, 4010 W. 111th St., Oak Lawn. Sizes come in S-3X and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The shirts will be sold until supplies run out.

“We placed a large order for pickup at the bar Friday with hopes of being able to get funds to the family ASAP for any immediate needs they may have,” bar owner Brendan O’Brien said on Facebook.
