Resident Robbed While Going Into His Garage: Police
Resident says suspect ordered him to lie on the ground. After a brief struggle, suspect took resident's money and fled.

Oak Lawn police are looking for a suspect who robbed a resident as he was entering his garage.
The robbery happened in the 11000 block of South Deblin Lane. According to police, the resident said he was returning home from his business in Homer Glen around midnight on Nov. 19.
As the resident was going into his garage he was approached by a male who told him to get on the ground, police said.

The resident and purported robber going engaged in a brief struggle, at which time the offender took cash from the resident.
The suspect is described as a Middle Eastern male in his twenties, about 5-feet-8-inches tall, with a skinny build, dark beard and mustache.

The resident said the man was wearing a gray sweatshirt with a hood and a scarf covering the lower portion of his face, black shorts or short pants, and black Nike shoes.
