Richards makes blankets for kids in cancer treatment

A long partnership with Advocate Hope Children's Hospital

National Honor Society and student council continued a Richards High School tradition by making fleece blankets for pediatric cancer patients.

The handmade blankets help keep children warm during treatment.

Recently NHS faculty sponsor Dorothy Groff brought students to deliver the bags of blankets to Advocate Hope Children’s Hospital in Oak Lawn.
