Richards teachers challenge one another to get active

Richards High School faculty members have been encouraging one another -- and their students -- to get active for at least 30 minutes per day during the COVID-19 quarantine.

Research abounds on the benefits of exercise on physical mental well being. Teacher Paul Machnick started the challenge.
