Shop Until You Drop At Evergreen Park Library's Used Book Sale
Donate, volunteer and shop Evergreen Park Library's annual gigantic summer book sale Aug. 6-Aug. 11. Pre-sale Aug. 4 for $5 donation.

EVERGREEN PARK, IL -- Discover a treasure trove of hardcover and paperback books for all ages, DVDs, VHS tapes, CDs, audio books at bargain prices during the Evergreen Park Public Library Foundation’s annual gigantic summer book sale. The sale opens to the public on Aug. 6 and runs through Aug. 11. The sale will be open each day during the library's regular business hours from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The library is located at 9400 S. Troy Ave.
For a $5 donation to the Evergreen Park Public Library Foundation, shop the book sale before it opens to the public on Aug. 4. The library is still accepting donations of books, DVDs, VHS tapes, CDs and audiobooks, which can be dropped off the library. If you're a teen looking for service hours or just love the library, come help out with the summer book sale. There will be a volunteer orientation for the book sale starting from 6 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 2. Adults and teens interested in volunteering can register online.
Sorry, no magazines, textbooks or encyclopedias. Items to be donated must be in good condition. The library cannot pick up donations. For more information, contact Julie Keaty at keatyj@evergreenparklibrary.org.
