Queen of Martyrs Fest 2019: What You Need To Know
We've rounded up the most important details of the 2019 Martyrs Fest, Sept. 20 to Sept. 22.
EVERGREEN PARK, IL — Send summer out in a blaze of glory at Queen of Martyrs parish carnival. The 2019 edition of Martyrs Fest runs the weekend of Sept. 20, Sept. 21 and Sept. 22. MartyrsFest is Queen of Martyrs' main fundraiser of the year, so come hungry, thirsty and ready to play some raffles or hop on some rides.
New this year, complimentary rides will be offered to persons with special needs from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, courtesy of Alpine Amusements. We've rounded up the most important details.

Hours
Friday, Sept. 20 - 5 p.m. to midnight, rides end at 11 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 21 - noon to midnight, rides end at 11 p.m. Complimentary rides will be offered to persons with special needs from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Sunday, Sept. 22 - 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Raffle tickets are available for $50 at the church rectory, 10233 S. Central Park Ave., Evergreen Park. Only 1,000 tickets will be sold and the grand prize is $10,000. A total of nine cash prizes will be given.
Pull-tabs, split the pot and basket raffles will also be available at the fest. Win a liquor basket, 42-inch flat screen TV and much more. Bingo takes place on Sunday from 2 to 3 p.m. under the beer tent.
Special Events
Saturday, Sept. 21 - Children's games in St. Joe's Room from noon-4 p.m.
Sunday, Sept. 22 - Outdoor Mass at 11:30 a.m., weather permitting.
Mega Passes/Unlimited Ride Passes
Three-day mega pass $40 before Sept. 17, after $45. Unlimited ride day pass is available for $25, noon to 4 p.m. Saturday; and 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday. Tickets will also be sold individually. Rides are provided by Alpine Amusement Company.
