Shepard High School in Palos Heights proudly announces that 32 members of the 2019 senior class have been named Illinois State Scholars by the Illinois Student Assistance Commission.

- rank in the top one-half of his or her high school class at the end of the third semester prior to graduation from high school (typically as a junior in their sixth semester); and
- graduate from high school during the academic year in which the student is selected as a State Scholar.
