U.S. Rep. Marie Newman Opens IL-03 Satellite Office In Bridgeview

BRIDGEVIEW, IL – U.S. Rep. Marie Newman (IL-03) opened a brand-new satellite office in Bridgeview, which will increase access to constituent services for residents of the village and suburban Cook County.

The opening of this satellite office builds on Newman’s goal of providing accessible constituent services for the entirety of Illinois’ 3rd Congressional District. Earlier this month, the office announced new mobile service events being held across the district every week during the fall and winter to provide constituents one-on-one consultations with her congressional staff right in their community.

“From day one, my staff and I have worked around the clock to ensure every resident of Illinois’ 3rd District receives the constituent services they not only need but deserve,” the congresswoman said in a news release. “By establishing a satellite office in Bridgeview, we can further extend the convenience and reach of our services. I am proud of our efforts so far to host mobile services and meet-and-greets across the district every month, and I am excited about this new step to make our office even more accessible to my constituents.”

The new Bridgeview Satellite Office is located at the Bridgeview Community Center, 7902 S. Oketo Ave. It will be open and staffed by a member of Newman’s constituent service team every Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. For a full list of mobile service events happening this month, please visit Newman.House.Gov/Events.

Additionally, Newman’s Chicago District Office remains open five days a week at 6245 South Archer Avenue. The District Office and Bridgeview Satellite Office can assist constituents with federal agencies, including such issues as Social Security, Medicare, tax refunds, and veteran benefits.
