Video: These Kids Play 'Danny Boy' at a Town Meeting, and It's Adorably Hilarious

Students of the O'Callaghan School of Irish Music and musician John Devlin provided St. Patrick's Day entertainment at the March 10 meeting.

Politics as usual were set aside for a few minutes at the March 10 meeting of the Oak Lawn Board of Trustees in celebration of the upcoming St. Patrick’s Day holiday.

Item nine on the agenda was reserved for St. Patrick’s Day entertainment.

Students of the O’Callaghan School of Irish Music played an instrumental “Danny Boy,” and musician John Devlin played “Wild Rover” and an acoustic version of “Danny Boy.”

Trustee Tim Desmond (Dist. 1) said Devlin is the kind of person you ”consider yourself lucky to meet just once in lifetime.”
