Woman Wanted for Plotting to Steal Dad's TV on Facebook: Cops

Warrant issued for woman's arrest in theft of father's 42-inch TV, police say.

Chicago Ridge police were in court on Tuesday seeking an arrest warrant for an 18-year-old woman accused of stealing her father’s TV.

Police said that Savannah Ramirez was not allowed unsupervised in her father’s home. When invited to spend the night, however, Ramirez plotted with a friend over Facebook to steal her father’s TV.

The family believes Ramirez may have slipped through an unlocked door with an accomplice and stole her father’s 42-inch flatscreen, police said.
