Create a healthy relationship with food through mindful eating practices on Wednesdays, Sept. 20 & 27 and Oct. 4 & 11, at 7pm at the Oak Lawn Public Library, 9427 S. Raymond Avenue. This four-part series with nutritionist and inspirational speaker Erin Dubich explores emotional eating, self-sabotage, guilt and the harmful behaviors of the “diet” mindset.
