You Can Brew It: All-Grain Brewing at the Oak Lawn Public Library
Join us for brewing techniques and delicious beer tastings!

Award-winning home brewer Scott Pointon returns with an in-depth look at advanced brewing techniques, such as “all grain” brewing (using only raw malted grains instead of malt extract) on Wednesday, Feb. 1, at 6:30pm at the Oak Lawn Public Library, 9427 S. Raymond Avenue. All-grain brewing allows the home brewer to control every aspect of the beer making process, leading to a finished product that can be every bit as good as commercially-brewed beers. Pretzels, beer samples and a take-home tasting glass will be provided. Ages 21 and over to sample. Registration ends Wednesday, Jan. 25.
