Oak Park Resident Jed Enlow Named Of Counsel at Leavens, Strand, Glover & Adler, LLC
Entertainment and media attorney Jed Enlow has become Of Counsel at the Chicago law firm of Leavens, Strand, Glover & Adler, LLC – one of the few law firms in the Midwest that concentrates exclusively in entertainment and media law.
Established in 2009 by veteran entertainment and media lawyers Thomas R. Leavens, Peter J. Strand and Jerry W. Glover, the firm represents creative artists and companies in television, radio, film, music, publishing, theater, the Internet and new media. David Adler joined the firm as a partner in July 2011.
Enlow currently serves as the Production Attorney for the upcoming daytime television talk show, “Steve Harvey,” where he handles all on-site legal issues that may arise in the production of the show to be broadcast at Chicago’s NBC Tower studio.

Previously, Enlow was a Senior Attorney for Harpo Productions, Inc., where he handled all aspects of production legal matters for The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Rosie Show, and various other television programs. Prior to joining Harpo, he had a successful solo practice representing clients predominantly in the entertainment industry, mainly bands and musicians.

Enlow received his law degree from Suffolk University in Boston, MA, in 2002, and a B.A. in History from Miami University in Oxford, OH, in 1998. In his youth, he was a singer in groups that included show choirs, barbershop quartets and jam bands. A volunteer organizer of the Backyard Film and Music Festival, in Chicago, he resides in Oak Park with his wife and two young sons.
