THE HOPE INSTITUTE FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES AWARDS $43,500 TO FIVE LUCKY CHICAGO DREAM HOUSE RAFFLE EARLY BIRD DRAWING WINNERS

Unique initiative raises critical funds for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and developmental disabilities

CHICAGO, IL– (November 16, 2011) – Officials at The Hope Institute for Children and Families awarded $43,500 cash to winners of the second early bird drawing of the Chicago Dream House Raffle at a live drawing at the Hope Institute headquarters in Springfield today.  Anonymous, Springfield, IL won $25,000; Aliya Nurdildina of Vernon Hills, IL won $10,000; Erik Milliren of Naperville, IL won $5,000, Ted Labak of Mundelein, IL won $2,500 and Cathy Grosam of Bartlett, IL won $1,000. The five winners purchased their $150 raffle tickets in time for the second early bird drawing and will be eligible for subsequent drawings, as well as the grand prize.

It’s not too late to be entered into the third and final early bird drawing for a chance to win cash prizes totaling $28,000 and be eligible to win an exquisite $1.2 million Hinsdale dream home or $1 million in cash, in the Chicago Dream House Raffle to benefit The Hope Institute for Children and Families.  The third drawing deadline is November 18.  Five winners will be drawn on December 6 for cash prizes totaling $28,000. Individuals can purchase their $150 raffle tickets for a chance at the early bird drawing and the grand prize dream house, along with thousands of dollars in cash prizes at ChicagoRaffle.com.  

The grand prize drawing for the Chicago Dream House Raffle is set for February 4. The grand prize is a stunning 3,225 square-foot home with four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths, a gourmet chef’s kitchen, private wine cellar, entertainment room and more.

All proceeds for the raffle will help The Hope Institute for Children and Families provide educational, residential and health care services to more than 23,000 Illinois children per year with multiple developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorders. The Hope Institute will sell up to 35,000 tickets for the Dream House Raffle.   As incentive to purchase tickets early, the raffle includes one more early bird drawings with cash prizes totaling $28,000 for tickets purchased before November 18. Any individual who buys more than one ticket will be entered into an additional, exclusive Multi-Ticket drawing to win a 2012 Porsche Boxster or $30,000 cash; a European vacation or $10,000 cash; or a Hawaiian vacation or $5000 cash. Multi-ticket purchasers will receive an entry into this drawing with each ticket they purchase. If ticketholders refer a friend to purchase a ticket, they will be included in the Refer-a-Friend drawing and given the chance to win $10,000 cash.
