Art al Fresco 2013 - Call for Artists

Visit Oak Park! seeks artists for unique opportunity with Art al Fresco!

Art al Fresco will return for its third summer, and Visit Oak Park is extending an invitation to artists to apply for this unique opportunity to share their work with visitors from around the world! Your work may circle the globe – one artist’s jewelry traveled to Japan last summer!

Each weekend, beginning June 1-2, 2013, the Oak Park Visitors Center provides an opportunity for juried artists to display and sell their artwork, at the entryway of the Visitors Center, located at 1010 Lake Street, in Downtown Oak Park, Illinois.

DTOP is a vibrant business district that attracts hundreds of shoppers and diners every day who are seeking one-of-a-kind items and experiences. Art al Fresco adds an artistic dimension to the existing retail mix.

Art al Fresco will begin on Saturday, June 1, 2013 and will run every Saturday and Sunday through August 25, 2013. The hours are 11am-4pm, and this event will be held rain or shine.
