What fitness and wellness questions do you want answered?

There are hundreds of topics to cover when it comes to fitness and wellness. Whether you are a newbie, or an old pro, there are probably a few questions you have mulling around in your head regarding exercise, nutrition, or overall wellness.

I can write about topics that interest me till I'm blue in the face, but I want to know what interests you, as readers.
