Mark your calendars for a very special presentation sponsored by the Respect Life Committee at Ascension Parish in Oak Park. The Value of Life, Real Life Miracles will be held on Tuesday, May 28th at 7:00pm at Ascension School in the Pine Room. Mary Ann Weicher will be discussing her daughter Elizabeth's heart defects discovered in utero and the journey it took to eventually receiving a heart transplant last year and her miraculous outcome. Mollie Stathopoulos will discuss her daughter Maureen's numerous surgeries after discovering she had hydrocephalus at an early ultrasound and the journey it took to get to where she is today. Lastly, Anne Brady will speak on her son Michael's battle with neuroblastoma discovered when he was three years old and his unbelievable road to recovery mostly spent at St. Jude Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. This is one you won't want to miss!
