Brooks Middle Raises More Than $3,300 for St. Jude Children's Hospital
The Service Club meets every Friday morning to organize the school's service projects, which include food drives, coat drives and more.

The Service Club at Brooks Middle School raised $3,322.94 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital through its “Turn Up for Tots” dance on Feb. 6.
The funds raised include a generous donation from the Good Heart, Work Smart Foundation, according to Oak Park Elementary School District 97.

The official check presentation was held at the school Feb. 20.

Some of the club’s upcoming projects and events include the Can Do Community Challenge with the Oak Park River Forest Food Pantry and Misericordia Candy Days.
