Burglar Steals 65-Inch TV, CDs, Cigars In Oak Park: Cops

OAK PARK, IL — Suspect(s) broke into a home in Oak Park and stole several items, including a 65-inch TV and 180 CDs, police say. The burglary took place on Thursday in the 900 block of Ontario between 9:30 a.m. and 6:20 p.m.

According to police, the offender(s) used a cutting tool to slice open a window screen and enter the home through a partially open window. Once inside, the suspect(s) removed a 65-inch Samsung television, an early generation iPad with a brown cover, three cigars, two gray towels, and a CD case containing 180 CDs.

The total estimated loss is $2,818.
