Concordia University Chicago Presents Second Annual Ethics Leadership Summit
The summit takes place Feb. 20 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Concordia University Chicago’s College of Business will host its second annual Ethics Leadership Summit on Friday, February 20 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Online registration is available until Friday, February 13 at 5 p.m.
The summit highlights the critical role of ethical practices in today’s business, law and education environments. Interactive workshops will be led by some of Chicago’s top business professionals, which will engage participants in discussion of why it can be difficult to do good business, and how to counteract poor ethical decisions within a company or organization.

The keynote speaker will be Dr. Al Gini, WBEZ’s “resident philosopher,” professor of business ethics and chair of the Department of Management in the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago.
Ethics in marketing, social media, journalism, business and academic integrity are among topics that will be discussed in sessions throughout the day. Concordia-Chicago’s chapter of Phi Beta Lambda, a national student organization for future business leaders, is sponsoring the event.
