If an evening out is better when it's filled with laughter, then the Open Door has just what you need. The theater typically hosts staged productions, but for a few special nights each month, you can catch some of the best performers and tomorrow's stars from Chicago's prolific improv, sketch and stand-up scenes. Located in the Oak Park Arts District, the theater is easily accessible by car, bike or public transportation, and there are several restaurants in the area for a pre-show meal.
