Comedy Night at Open Door Featuring Chicago Talent

If an evening out is better when it's filled with laughter, then the Open Door has just what you need. The theater typically hosts staged productions, but for a few special nights each month, you can catch some of the best performers and tomorrow's stars from Chicago's prolific improv, sketch and stand-up scenes. Located in the Oak Park Arts District, the theater is easily accessible by car, bike or public transportation, and there are several restaurants in the area for a pre-show meal.  Here is the line-up for this Friday night's show:

Chris Damen - Standup
Chris lives in Chicago where he's been doing Stand-Up for two years. He's also a manager at a nonprofit film organization, which has helped him blossom into an uber film geek. Additionally, he has an unhealthy interest in geography that is apparent in his act.

Mystery Team! - Improv

Classy D - Improv
Classy D is a nine-person Harold team from IO - although you would never know it unless you counted them. Their words and movements coalesce as one. They are coached by Timmy Mayse.
