The Nineteenth Century Charitable Association presents a special Halloween program featuring author/poet/ performer/storyteller Brian "Fox" Ellis in "The Ghosts of Edgar Allan Poe." In this first-person performance, Ellis brings Poe to life as he recounts true tragic stories of his life that were reflected in his classic tales of terror. He will recite "The Raven" and "The Tell-Tale Heart" as well as lesser known works that have inspired generations of writers. The program ($10.00 suggested donation) starts at 1:15 PM and will be followed by a tea.
