Everyone Needs a Home, painted birdhouse reception Thursday, August 9th 7-9PM
The Oak Park Auxiliary Board donated a variety of wooden birdhouses to the Hephzibah Summer Day Care Program. Fifty children will spend a whimsical time painting these homes for their little friends. The beautifully painted birdhouses will be unveiled for the Summer Day Care Program families at a reception held at the Green Home Experts, 811 South Boulevard on Thursday, August 9th from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. The Oak Park Auxiliary members look forward to meeting the Summer Day Care families and providing the opportunity to learn more about the inspiring ways to volunteer with the Oak Park Auxiliary and making a difference in the lives of the children at Hephzibah. After the reception the painted birdhouses will be for sale at the Green Home Experts for $25.00 (all proceeds will benefit Hephzibah Children’s Association).
