The Nineteenth Century Charitable Association presents Gloria Hafer in "Hats, Glamorous Hats." Hafer, better known as "Gloria The Hat," traces the evolution of hats through the years and displays a large collection of vintage hats. All are invited to wear a hat for this interesting and fun program. The program ($10 suggested donation) will start at 1:15 PM and will be followed by a tea.
