Health Starts Here: 28 Day Challenge

Whole Foods Market River Forest is proud to announce the store’s first 28-Day Challenge, beginning Tuesday, June 14.  

The five week series will feature meal preparation classes with Health Starts Here Specialists, fitness instruction and 28-Day membership with West Cook YMCA, wellness consultation from Advanced Physical Medicine, and Eat Right America’s 28-Day online support program.  Participants will also receive weekly recipe support, Health Starts Here shopping tips and meal plans, and the chance to win up to $100 in Whole Foods Market gift cards towards their own pantry makeover.

 The 28- Day Challenge is open to adults, 18 and over.  Interested parties are asked to sign up by Monday, June 13.  The cost of the program is $25. Space is limited to 25 participants.  To register, call 708.366.1045.
