A "Celebrating Seniors Week" special program with Dr. Om Johari. Dr. Johari is a retired scientist with a PhD from University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Om Johari worked for 35 years in the field of Electron Microscopy. He is currently the Zone Coordinator for the North-West Greater Chicagoland area for the AARP Driver Safety Program. In his retirement, he shares programs related to meditation, laughter, gratitude, and Sudoku at many local senior centers. Dr. Johari will talk about the health, psychological, and spiritual benefit of laughter, using laughter as an example of meditation.
