Meditate in the Morning - A Break in Our Busy Lives

Whether we like it or not, we all have crazy, busy lives. Even  when we go on holiday, we take our worries with us, and thus true peace  eludes us. If we want peace and freedom from worries, we need to take a  true holiday, a mental vacation. Every Friday at 10:00 in the morning join us for a  chance to stop the craziness. Give your mind a break from your  worries and busyness.

This class is a simple guided meditation. We will feature some of our best meditations for relaxing, removing stress, and finding our own inner states of peace.  This class is perfect for beginners and especially for those who want to experience the benefits of meditation right away.
