Oak Park Photography Club Art Exhibit

The opening of an exhibit of photography by 20 members of the Oak Park Photography Club (OPPC) will take place from 1 – 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 11, in the Narrow Gallery at the Oak Park Arms, 408 S. Oak Park Ave. The exhibit runs through Friday, Jan. 27.

Wine and cheese will be provided, and works by club members will be for sale, timed perfectly for the holidays. This event is free and the public is welcome to attend.

The members of the OPPC are a diverse group spanning three generations and all skill levels. In order to share knowledge, results and experience with each other, the OPPC meets at 7 p.m. the second and fourth Monday of each month, at the Oak Park Public Library, 834 Lake St.

The Oak Park Arms is a rental retirement community which provides independent and assisted living apartments and a full schedule of activities and services. Furnished apartments are also available for a short-term stay - a weekend, a week, a month or longer.

The exhibit is free and open to the public. For more information, call Jill Wagner at 708-386-4040 or visit http://www.oakparkarms.com.
