
Sit and Be Fit classes are taught at 9:30 a.m. on Monday's and Wednesday's by Isaac Johnson and last about 30 to 40 minutes. Sit and Be Fit is a sitting calisthenics class for seniors. Senior citizens are encouraged to attend.
The Oak Park Arms is a rental retirement community which provides independent and assisted living apartments and a full schedule of activities and services. Furnished apartments are also available for a short-term stay - a weekend, a week, a month or longer.
