A Spiritual Retreat Themed on the Theology of Dorothy Day
The day following her September 14 performance as Dorothy Day in “Haunted by God,” Lisa Wagner-Carollo will lead a Spiritual Retreat at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. The September 15 retreat will take place from 12:30pm to 6:30pm and will specifically focus on Dorothy’s embodiment of the works of mercy and the gratitude with which she lived. Using Dorothy’s inner life and outer experiences as a lens, participants will explore their own spiritual journeys. The cost of the retreat is $35, which includes lunch and snacks.
