This hilarious comedy, directed by Michelle Bayer, centers on an aspiring architect, Willum Cubbert. Willum owes his life to Rick Steadman, a fellow ex-GI whom Willum has never met but who saved his life in Vietnam. The play begins at Willum’s 34th birthday party when Rick surprisingly shows up. Rick is nothing like Willum expected; he is a nerd who causes wreaks havoc on all the other characters in the play. Wild and crazy “incidents” keep happening as long as Rick is around, leading to one final plot twist. The Nerd is a laugh-out-loud comedy sure to entertain!
