Whether you pick them from the vine in your own backyard or snap them up at the farmer's market, Roberta Muehlhaus will demonstrate the proper canning techniques to savor this deliciousness year round. Roberta grew up on a farm in Indiana canning with her mother and grandmother and believes a preserved jar of "anything" is a memory brought back to life.
This class will be a demonstration class including an introduction to canning and taste testing. Handouts will be provided. $25 per person. Cancellations are non-refundable. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to start time. 20 person maxium.
