Information has begun to trickle in as winter weather threatens to close schools and other facilities on Monday, Feb. 2. A blizzard warning is in effect until midnight.

The Academy of Movement and Music will open late, at 3 p.m. on Feb. 2. There will be no morning kindergarten and no afternoon kindergarten.

In River Forest, there will be no trash pick-up on Monday, Feb. 2. Service is expected to resume on Tuesday, Feb. 3, and trash pick-up will be delayed one day.
The Oak Park Public Library Main Library, 834 Lake St., will be open during regular hours on Monday, Feb. 2. Maze and Dole branches will be closed. Check http://oppl.org, Facebook and Twitter for updates.
