OPRF Fall Sports: Forms Due in Person Before Tryouts

The Oak Park and River Forest High School Athletic Department is accepting athletic registration forms and physical forms for fall sports teams. Students playing a fall sport must submit the forms and be cleared by the department prior to trying out for a team, according to the school website.  

The forms must be submitted in person by the student or parent/guardian.  No forms will be accepted via mail or fax.

The Athletic Office will be open on the following days/times:

Thursday, July 25:

7:30am – 3:00pm

Friday, July 26 – Friday, Aug. 2:

CLOSED for construction in Athletic Offices and annual computer system maintenance

Monday, Aug. 5 – Friday, Aug. 16:

Mon. – Friday – 7:30am – 3:30pm
