The lawsuit maintains the defendants, Safer Corporate Endowment and Safer Foundation, failed to make timely and necessary inspections of the property and premises, which would have revealed that the metal grate and window was in an unsafe and hazardous condition.
Valdez claims that he suffered severe and permanent injuries, and incurred medical expenses. He has lost and will continue to lose great gains he otherwise would have made.
