Present: Chairperson Veronica Belmont; Mangers Mark Kealty, Mary O'Brien, Anna Romeo, Carla Sloan.

Also present: Clerk Karen Taubman, Civic Center Director Dick Chappell, Pat Deadly, Nick Hudalle, and representative from West Town.
Public Participation: none
Motion passed to approve minutes of the October 15 meeting.
Bills will be presented at the December 3 meeting.
Motion passed - checks of $5,000 or greater will require two signatures.
Building Manger's Report
Manger Chappell presented an evaluation and overview of the building's heating and cooling system. A list was presented of nine areas that will need new components and/or repair in the near future. The building has been used for 21 years; some components are original to the building (1955). It was the consensus of the board that items 1, 2, 3, 8, 9 need immediate attention at a cost of of $13,000, while the other items with a cost of $31,000 may be deferred. A representation from West Town was available to answer questions.
Oak Park River Forest Infant Welfare Society will use part of the building December 5 - December 7 for the Holiday Housewalk and Market.
Remodeling to provide a bathroom in the play area upstairs will provide added security for children.
