Manager Sloan called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m.
Motion passed to approve the minutes of November 19 meeting.
Public Participation: none
Motion passed to approve bills of $23,400.
Director's Report
West Town installed the compressor with the insurance company paying $16,000.
West Town continues to collect information so that the necessary parts can be ordered to complete scheduled repairs on the heating and cooling system.
After 21 years, the alarm system has started to malfunction.
Preparations are completed for the Infant Welfare Holiday House Walk. Thirty-five vendors will set up in the gym.
Project Green - waiting for monies. Adjust lights in the parking lot.
Bathroom in play land will be completed by Christmas.
Unfinished Business
Meeting of Capital Improvement group is scheduled for January 7.
The trustees discussed the developed guidelines for allocating the Township's share of expenses for the use of the Community Center building.
Retire to Executive Session at 8:00 o'clock.
