Woman Charged With Heroin Possession After Oak Park Crash: Cops

Oak Park cops found several plastic baggies containing what they suspect to be heroin in the car of Andrea Fuller, 26, of Westchester.

OAK PARK, IL — Oak Park Police arrested a Westchester woman after they found several bags "containing a white powder substance" they believe to be heroin in her car. Police say Andrea Fuller, 26, of the 1600 block of Westchester, had just been involved in a crash in the 1000 block of Jackson Saturday when officers found the "clear plastic baggies."

According to a police summary, when responding officers ran Fuller's information, they discovered that her driver's license was suspended. After an investigation, police found the suspected heroin and took Fuller into custody at approximately 1:54 p.m.

She has been charged with possession of a controlled substance.
